We have completed work for a JOC holder for Round Rock ISD since our creation in 2017. We have amassed a large portfolio of completed projects in various aspects of the construction and maintenance needs of a large school district that encompasses 100+ school locations

Demolished and replaced 74,500 sq ft of acoustical ceilings at a middle
school. This project had extreme schedule constraints and was phased out to take
place during two consecutive summer school breaks.

framing, drywall, specialties

Awarded the paint and drywall contract for Burnet Consolidated ISD. Largest project was the exterior paint of the historic gym at the Bertram Elementary School

Tenant remodel of existing retail space. Complete remodel of 3200 sq ft of
retail space at the Domain in Austin, and a 3500 sq ft location on South Congress. We self-performed the demo, framing, finishes for national retail general contractor James Barb Construction; who we have held as a
client for multiple years in the Austin area.

Specialties partner for Yates Construction in the ground up construction of a parking garage. We were sub contracted on this project to self perform the install of 824 Bollards and also the paint/finishes for this project
